New crop!

By plowing, destroying weeds and other plants and methodically preparing our fields, we sow the seeds in the ideal climatic conditions of Greece.

At every step we monitor the process of growing the new plants. We interfere whenever necessary with weed destruction and watering in seasons that do not have the necessary rainfall. 8 months is the total time required from April to November and our annual harvest is ready.
